Tentative Event Details:
Friday, January 5, 2024 (Time TBA) “Meet and Greet the Demonstrators” and shop early for the ball. This is a very casual time where you can come out and learn more about our hobby. (You will need to purchase a Day Pass for Friday OR it’s included in your Ball registration.)
Saturday, January 6, 2024 Living History – 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Dance Practice at 2:00 pm
New Year’s Ball– Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Ball starts at 7 p.m. Light finger foods to be served
TICKETS--You have choices! Day Pass Only $5 --Pay at the gate the day of the event --Come and see the demonstrations during the day such as camp cooking, dance practice, soldier’s encampment, weapons demonstration, blacksmithing, family life, who wore what, colonial Texas and much more --Learn more about history spanning from the colonial period to 1865 --Shop with our demonstrators and purchase unique items
New Year’s Ball (Select "Purchase your Ticket" for pricing) --Includes DAY PASS to come out in your modern clothing and see the demonstrations on Friday afternoon and Saturday --Enjoy the living history AND the ball that evening --You’re welcome to use the spacious bathhouse to change clothes for the evening (Or better yet, just book a cabin or RV site and stay the weekend) --Light finger foods included at the ball --Limited capacity so you will want to register as soon as we open registration.
